Dr. Forman is the founder of Well-Being Pediatrics and a pediatrician with extensive academic involvement. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor at Michigan State University College of Human Medicine, an Assistant Professor at Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine, and an Adjunct Clinical Professor at The American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine. A Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and a metro Detroit native, Dr. Forman earned his BS from Michigan State University in 1992 and his medical degree from Wayne State University in 1996. After completing his pediatric residency at Children’s Hospital of Michigan, he co-founded West Bloomfield Pediatrics, which later evolved into Well-Being Pediatrics in Novi, MI. Dr. Forman has been recognized as a "Mom Approved Doc" and "Top Doc" multiple times since 2013 and serves on the United Physicians Board of Directors, a network of over 1,700 providers in metro Detroit.. He is passionate about medical education, having taught medical students and residents from various institutions. Outside of work, Dr. Forman enjoys telling "Dad jokes" and spending time with his two children.
