During a physical, we evaluate growth and development, perform a physical exam and screen for health issues. We also give immunizations, check routine labs and, in older children, screen for any mental health problems.

Sports Physicals, also called pre-participation physical examinations (PPE), are usually a part of registering youths for participation in a sport. Sports physical exam can help find health problems that could stop your child from competing safely. Available by appointment or in the walk-in clinic, there is a fee of $50. Please note that your child’s annual physical might make sports physical redundant depending on when it was performed.

Camp Physical is a health assessment of your child to ensure they are well enough to attend camp. This might be a day camp, sleep-away camp, or sports camp and will sometimes require a special physical before attending and confirm they meet requirements. Available by appointment or in the walk-in clinic, there is a fee of $50. Please note that your child’s annual physical might make camp physical redundant depending on when it was performed.
